- Method of Personal Data Collection and Legal Basis:
Permanent cookies, session cookies, mandatory cookies, and marketing and analytical cookies; based on the legal reason stipulated in Article 5/II-f of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which states "processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject," are processed automatically.
The personal data of customers and potential customers are processed automatically and non-automatically, based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5/II-a, Article 5/II-c, Article 5/II-ç, and Article 5/II-e of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which include "clearly stipulated in the laws, directly related to the parties of a contract, necessary for the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, in case it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, mandatory for the fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation, and mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right."
Employee personal data is processed automatically and non-automatically based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5/II-a, Article 5/II-c, Article 5/II-ç, and Article 5/II-e of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. These legal reasons include "clearly stipulated in the laws, directly related to the parties of a contract, necessary for the processing of personal data belonging to the parties of a contract, in case it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, mandatory for the fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation, and mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right."
- To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May be Transferred:
Identity information, contact information, financial, customer transaction, and marketing data are transferred to authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations for the purpose of providing information, ensuring organization and event management, limited disclosure to relevant public institutions and organizations within the legal authority, and providing necessary services for the fulfillment of commercially obtained activities from suppliers to authorized public institutions, suppliers, and individuals or private legal entities.
- Rights of the Data Subject According to Article 11 of KVKK:
The rights of the individuals whose personal data is processed are regulated in Article 11 of Law No. 6698. The rights specified in Article 13 of the same Law can be exercised through the methods indicated in the Communique on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller, using the contact information provided below.
The applications made by the data subject to the company will be responded to and concluded as soon as possible, and at the latest within the legal period of 30 days.
