Nita Tasarım Tekstil Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (Our Company) has benefited from the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698, the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce numbered 6563, the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce, the Communiqué on Electronic Commerce Information System and Notification Obligations, and relevant legislation and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board in determining the Electronic Commerce Process Policy and Procedure.
Our company's views, adopted practices, and rules in this context are as follows:
a) In accordance with the Data Security Policy and Procedure for the storage and security of personal data obtained through transactions within the framework of this policy, necessary measures are taken.
b) Personal data is not shared with third parties or used for other purposes without the consent of the relevant individual.
c) In orders placed through electronic communication tools, necessary information is provided to the individuals regarding the processed personal data in accordance with the Policy's Information Obligation Policy and Procedure.
d) In the context of this policy, all necessary measures are taken to ensure the preservation of personal data obtained through the processes and services offered, aiming to prevent unauthorized access and processing in violation of the law.
ELECTRONIC COMMERCE PROCESS PROCEDURE
Our company's procedure for electronic commerce and online sales of goods/services is as follows:
a) It has completed the ETBİS registration.
b) It has launched the "www.valnue.com" website where it conducts electronic commerce activities in compliance with this policy and procedure. In this context, the "Transaction Guide, Warranty & Return Text, and Distance Sales Agreement," in accordance with the relevant Regulation, has been uploaded to the website, providing consumers with convenience, along with the "Sample Withdrawal Form." Our company promptly and without delay notifies the consumer of the confirmation information regarding the receipt of the withdrawal request by the company.
PROCEDURE FOR SENDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Our company plans to send commercial electronic communications for commercial purposes such as advertising, sales and marketing, and increasing awareness to product or service recipients and potential product or service recipients. Due to ongoing efforts in this context, the Message Management System has not been registered yet. Our company, before sending commercial electronic messages, will provide necessary information to recipients in accordance with the Law and relevant regulations on the www.valnue.com website. The statement on the website will read as follows:
"I hereby give consent to Nita Tasarım Tekstil Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, as the service provider under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, to send commercial electronic messages to me."
By marking the text indicating consent, commercial electronic messages will be sent to recipients who have provided approval.
In this process, our company's Personal Data Protection Committee will monitor the changes that occur and update the documents in accordance with the evolving situations.
